The Architectural Standards Committee (ASC) can be made up of a mixture of HOA Board members and non-board members. In accordance with the HOA covenants, any homeowner considering significant exterior work (including landscaping) should submit a proposal for ASC approval before beginning the work. Please submit your proposal to the HOA President, who will distribute it to the ASC.
