Initiation Fee Established

At the membership meeting held on Tuesday, June 1, Wyatt Farm neighbors voted to establish a one-time Initiation Fee for new homeowners equal to one year’s dues. This change will go into effect for any real estate closings that occur after July 1, 2010.

Town Council to meet about Mountain Breeze development

At their Tuesday, November 10th meeting, the Blacksburg Town Council will consider the development proposal for nearby Mountain Breeze Drive, which includes multi-family housing, a cultural center, and religious assembly. Reminder: the annual HOA meeting is Tuesday

The annual HOA meeting for all Wyatt Farm homeowners will be held on Tuesday, December 2, at 7:00 PM at the Blacksburg Christian Fellowship building adjacent to our neighborhood. Agenda items include:

The Wyatt Farm Commons community development project
Expenses for 2008 and the 2009 budget
Board member makeup for 2009
