Leaf Collection

Leaf collection in the Wyatt Farm area will occur the week of October 31, the week of November 14, and the week of November 28. Both loose and bagged leaves will be collected. More details can be found here: http://www.blacksburg.gov/Index.aspx?page=843.

Control Burn on Bishop Road on April 7

Spring Cleanup

For Wyatt Farm, the Blacksburg Spring Cleanup will be the week of March 28. All items for collection must be placed curbside before 7:00 AM on Monday. Materials must be separated into distinct piles of brush, appliances, tires, and other debris. Household chemicals, fluorescent light bulbs, and electronics will not be collected.

Initiation Fee Established

At the membership meeting held on Tuesday, June 1, Wyatt Farm neighbors voted to establish a one-time Initiation Fee for new homeowners equal to one year’s dues. This change will go into effect for any real estate closings that occur after July 1, 2010.
