At the membership meeting held on Tuesday, June 1, Wyatt Farm neighbors voted to establish a one-time Initiation Fee for new homeowners equal to one year’s dues. This change will go into effect for any real estate closings that occur after July 1, 2010.

Notices for the 2009 Wyatt Farm HOA dues have just been mailed to homeowners by regular post. As announced earlier, 2009 dues did not increase from their 2008 level of $250.

After previewing a draft of the 2009 HOA budget, the Board has determined that no dues increase is needed for the upcoming year! Therefore, 2009 dues will remain at $250. A dues notice will be sent out to all homeowners in January.
