Dues notices mailed

Notices for the 2009 Wyatt Farm HOA dues have just been mailed to homeowners by regular post. As announced earlier, 2009 dues did not increase from their 2008 level of $250.
Please submit your dues no later than February 28, 2009. Our by-laws require that a $25 late fee be applied if dues are not received [...]

No dues increase for 2009

After previewing a draft of the 2009 HOA budget, the Board has determined that no dues increase is needed for the upcoming year! Therefore, 2009 dues will remain at $250. A dues notice will be sent out to all homeowners in January.
