About Wyatt Farm

Wyatt Farm is a neighborhood of 100 beautiful homes in the town of Blacksburg, Virginia. Primarily, this website serves the residents of Wyatt Farm as a source of information about ongoing projects and as a repository of resources.

The homes in Wyatt Farm sit on half-acre lots with over 32 acres of manicured green space integrated throughout the neighborhood. There are miles of walking trails in and around our community, including those that lead past our playground and pavilion, and to our private duck pond. And check out our other amenities.

Most of the homes in Wyatt Farm were built by the talented folks at Progress Street Builders.

The Wyatt Farm Homeowners Association (HOA) exists to ensure that our neighborhood stays beautiful, functional, and safe. The HOA Board of Directors welcomes questions, comments and, of course, your participation. Contact us at:

The Wyatt Farm HOA sponsors several regular events, including:
  • Annual Picnic (September)
  • Neighborhood yard sales (Late Spring and Early Fall)
  • Easter Egg Hunt (typically the week before Easter)
  • Annual Homeowners meeting (October or November)
  • HOA Board meetings (second Tuesday of each month)

The Wyatt Farm neighborhood is located at the north end of Blacksburg, just off N. Main Street:
The neighborhood is made up of the following streets:
  • Vinyard Avenue (nobody is sure where the 'e' went)
  • Hardwick Street
  • Birchleaf Lane (which continues into the Woodbine neighborhood)
  • Reagan Road
  • Spickard Street
  • Court Lane
  • Talheim Circle
  • Flippin Circle
