Notices for the 2009 Wyatt Farm HOA dues have just been mailed to homeowners by regular post. As announced earlier, 2009 dues did not increase from their 2008 level of $250.
Please submit your dues no later than February 28, 2009. Our by-laws require that a $25 late fee be applied if dues are not received by the first of March.
