Many of you know that the Wyatt Farm neighborhood was developed in phases. Consequently, several variations of the HOA covenants were created and applied. The differences weren’t huge, but having several versions was confusing. So once the neighborhood was completed, the HOA Board decided to create a single set of covenants that consolidated all other versions. The consolidated covenants then had to be approved by at least three-quarters of the HOA members.
This process began over a year ago. Slowly, the required signatures were collected, and finally we can announce that this process is complete. The consolidated covenants, available here if you don’t have them, are now the only ones that apply to all phases of the neighborhood. Please make sure you are looking at the right version in the future!
