After previewing a draft of the 2009 HOA budget, the Board has determined that no dues increase is needed for the upcoming year! Therefore, 2009 dues will remain at $250. A dues notice will be sent out to all homeowners in January.
The budget will be discussed further at the HOA annual meeting on December 2, 2008.
